International course in mental health
Belgian and foreign students and staff from several countries are taking a tour through the history and international landscape of mental health care. A course tailored to everyone who is interested in psychiatric care and mental well-being. No prior knowledge is necessary.
All in-depth topics are taught online by field-experts. For sharing experiences, participating in discussions … we recommend at least a B1-level of English to participate in this classes. The module consist of plenary lectures and interactive sessions. In addition, who is staying in Belgium, we organize optional a 'day-out' where we will take a closer look at the evolution of mental healthcare in Flanders.

The entire program consist of three ECTS credits. To obtain the credits, the student has to attend the entire program. A continuous assessment is used via short tasks (paper, presentation, group work …) after some classes. So there is no final exam at the end.
